This summer we spent several weeks going down camping! So we could see Tristin. He got a job in Cedar City for the summer. We (well I) miss him everyday, I know this summer has been good for both of us. Oh trust me I still text or talk to him every day. He is a very good kid and makes me so proud. He has the kindest heart and willing to do anything for anyone. He is learning about what to do with his time, money, working hard, and has a new appreciation of things. He also now as a better understanding of what he doesn’t want to have as his career. So for the most part I think it was a success all around. He comes home in one week and it can’t come fast enough.

Pre-teen bathroom Makeover

We worked and tried to get Whitney’s bathroom done before she got home from Girl’s camp, but no such luck.

But we did get it done the week of her birthday!

Before Pic—plain walls never been painted yet

What a fun project and it turned out so cute!

She loved it and was so excited.

I couldn’t do any of these projects with out Scott. He only complains a little bit and then doesn’t it anyways. We are so lucky he has so many talents and blessed to have him!

girls camp 2014

So it begins Whitney was able to go to Girls Camp this year!

Just before her 12th birthday.

I was so excited probably little bit more than her.

She was nervous and kept telling me that she was going to get bored. I told her if she participates in all the activities and have a good attitude she would have the best time.

She came home and said she loved it.

Before she left I put together a few things, and put them in her bag!

I knew she wouldn’t get homesick, I just wanted her to know we missed her and was thinking of her.

Building Confidence.. Dancing, Dressing Up

Payton took a full year of dance!

Her year has come to an end.

She loved her outfit,

she loved putting on make-up,

and she loved

feeling pretty!

Her group performed at Lagoon and

then had a Dance Recital.

She is getting so big and we

enjoy watching her grow!

She did awesome and wasn’t shy

like last year.
