This my 1st attempt at Glass etching,

For sure you need to leave the paste on a super long time for

it to stay. (like an hour) just so you know.

DIY Chalkboard FUN

Initially I wanted to put chalkboard paint on the outside of our garage door.

I thought it would be be fun place to write random notes,

honey do’s, reminders, etc.

Instead I decided to put it on the wall, still in the garage!

Halloween fun

This year Halloween just flew right by our house, (well almost we did make it to Gardner Village to see the witches and ride the ponies, and yes they dressed up and loved Trick or Treating) oh ya and yes we did carve pumpkins! So I guess it did make it to your house this year. It just went by so fast. Better late than never here our the moments we had this year!

DIY privacy glass

So my front door has 2 glass panels on each side of it. I wanted to make them a little more private. After looking into glass etching or window film or just add plain contact paper. I decided on Contact paper.

So here are the before and after pictures.

4 Years of GROWTH

il 570xN.221210851 Dr. Seuss Quotes: Inspire Kids Year Round

I have found myself repeating this over and over!

Yes (to myself)

If you talk to Scott he says I have been in mourning for 3 weeks now.

All because I was released from Young Woman's,

First of all I knew I would get release at some point.

I even knew the time was coming, 4 years is a long time.

BUT, I feel heart broken, sad, lost.

I know there is a time and season for everything,

I also know I put my whole heart and soul into my calling

and gave 110%. I have learned MORE from the girls than they learned from me.

They are amazing girls, they are strong, smart, beautiful, knowledgeable, talented and know they are Daughters of God.

I would always say to them you probably won’t remember any lessons I have taught you, but I know you will remember the way I made you feel.

I pray that they will always remember how I made them feel, I truly loved them. How I know this is how I served them, willingly, unselfishly, whole heartedly, with Christ-like love.

I will always value these last 4 years of GROWTH, they have been priceless to me.

hunting WELL its TRADITION

For years this has been a Family Tradition

This year was no different

both my boys had deer tags.

Scott was so anxious and excited.

Grandpa Cox and Scott have story after story

to tell about huntin at the Cabin.

They have names for every turn

hillside, tree you name it it has a name.

There memories live on and

they continue to make new ones.

Tristin got his deer the last day of the hunt. He was with his Dad and Uncle Colt.

He forgot his hunting boots and says he stepped in cactus.

This was his 2nd Deer.

Gavin got his deer the 3rd day of the hunt in the morning,

at 432 yards away. This was his first Deer.

I am glad they were successful and made memories

to last a really long time.

And p.s. the jerky has been wonderful too…
