SEW easy!!! Activity Days

For January’s activity I taught the

girls how to hand sew

with a needle and Embroidery floss.

They sewed on cardstock, making

flowers and sewing on a button

for the top of the flower.

They had a good time and hopefully it

will come in handy one day!

DIY candy bouquet

Gavin got invited to a girl’s birthday party,

And this is what he wanted to take candy and an

iTunes card.

Perfect for almost everyone.

So this is my experience with making a

Candy Bouquet.

First, In your mason jar their needs to be something

that is kind of heavy, and also

moveable. so I picked black beans.

Second,

Tape all your candy to skewers and start with the tallest

one in the middle and work them all in.

Also add tissue paper in the beginning, to fill in

the holes, trust me it just looks better.

our easy valentine’s 2014

First up, this year for Payton’s pre school class

I decided to make photo valentines!

I have done this before with Whitney, so it

was Payton's turn.

For the back ground I had Whitney hold up her

zebra printed blanket,

and had Payton hold her hand out, so that is were

the sucker would go.

Then added the font to the picture.

Second we had to take some Valentines to Payton’s Dance class

I already had these cupcake bubble necklaces,

and just added the cute little saying!

Christmas Morning Breakfast at the North Pole

Our elf on a shelf is named Skippy!

And when he returned from the North Pole on Christmas Eve, he brought a

North Pole Breakfast. Payton said “We must have the worlds best elf”".

It was cute and we all enjoyed ourselves.

I thought this would be a good way to say Goodbye to our elf until next year.
