My girls and I drove to Anaheim bright and early in the morning and got there around 2:00. We checked in to the California Grand Disney Hotel. We meet Tom, Steph and Spencer there. Tom had a convention there all week and Stephanie asked if we could like to come join them. I thought it was a great idea and it turned out wonderfully. It is Payton's first time there and Whitney’s second. Last time Whitney was there she was 4 years old. First day was California Adventure. We enjoyed our self so much. It was so amazing. Every ride Payton would go on she would say “I want to do that again?” She is so brave! Whitney was tall enough to go on all rides and loved every minute of it.

a birthday surprise

summer family fun
Wow! It’s been a busy August thus far. The first 4 days of the month we spent in Beaver, at the Bradshaw Reunion. My brother Dwayne was in charge and it was wonderful. Most of our activities required getting wet. Which it was super hot so no one seemed to mind at all. Dwayne built a slip and slide for us with a motor and bubbles and it was a BLAST. Grandpa and Grandma rented a blow up slide and a bounce house. We also rented the City Pool. It was full of laughter and fun. We all got real tired. We ate a lot and visited. Played more games and watched a movie outside. Which also included a game of Fugitive that all the teenage grandkids loved. Our family is growing and every year we look forward to when we all can get together. We are quite a crazy bunch and we have a good time together. I feel very blessed that I have such a great family and I love them all so so much.
